Quality Assurance: Precise control over the entire capping process ensures neat cap alignment and tight sealing, preventing leakage, deterioration and other defects.
Multi-spec Adaptability: Adjustable and replaceable components ensure strong versatility, meeting diverse production requirements.
Product Overview
Cap sorter’s vibratory bowl (adjustable frequency/amplitude, adapting to various caps) enables orderly arrangement; track and guide device directs caps to the capping station accurately. Cap feeder is equipped with suction cup/gripper-type picking devices, and the positioning & conveying mechanism realizes bottle positioning and transfer. The capper features rotary (screw capping with torque)/linear (press capping with pressure) heads, paired with pneumatic/electric/hydraulic drive systems for stable power.
