  1. Adjustable roller gap screening structure: Adopts inclined double-row rotating roller design. The gap between two rollers can be manually and electrically adjusted in real time, realizing multi-range size screening without replacing spare parts. It is applicable to round, oval and long-strip fruits and vegetables.

The whole conveying process has no forced extrusion, which effectively avoids surface bruising, water loss and peel damage of fragile fresh materials. All material contact parts comply with international food safety regulations, meeting export inspection requirements for European, American and Southeast Asian fresh markets.
Operators can adjust roller gaps and conveying speed simply via the frequency conversion control panel without professional technical training. The open structural design eliminates sanitary dead angles, supporting daily high-pressure water washing to prevent mold and residual dirt accumulation. Optional movable casters allow flexible deployment across multiple working sites, saving workshop space and foundation construction costs.
