Product Details
This power-free logistics equipment realizes automatic conveying via material gravity and inertia, ideal for regular materials like cartons, pallets and turnover boxes. It flexibly connects loading/unloading, sorting and warehousing links, realizing efficient short-distance material transfer with simple structure, no manual intervention, and solving the pain points of high labor cost and low transfer efficiency of traditional manual handling.
Composed of core components including high-precision anti-slip/rust drums, high-strength welded frame, height-adjustable legs and optional anti-shift baffles, it is adapted to 3°-8° conveying slope and different site flatness. Its working principle is simple: materials slide down along the drum with gravity, and the flexible rotation of drum reduces friction to ensure stable and fast conveying, no need for power supply and complex installation, ready to use after assembly.
