Uniting for a Brighter Future - UIB Holds Themed Team-Building Activity​

To enhance team cohesion and unleash collaborative potential, UIB organized a company-wide team-building activity themed "Unite for Cohesion · Embark on a New Journey" on July 18, 2025. All employees were invited to Yulan Villa in Siming District, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, aiming to help everyone relieve stress and strengthen mutual understanding.​
The activity featured a series of "fun + collaboration" sessions. During the "team ice-breaking" phase, employees formed teams by department, broke the ice through mini-games, and jointly created team names and slogans, filling the venue with a lively atmosphere. In challenge sessions like "Collaborative Construction" and "Directional Treasure Hunt," each team worked with clear division of labor and collective wisdom. While completing tasks efficiently, they also deepened their understanding of "teamwork."​

During breaks, employees freely shared work experiences and daily life. Management also joined in, listening to employees' suggestions and narrowing the distance between each other. Over lunch, everyone enjoyed delicious food and talked about their feelings, creating a warm atmosphere.​

Mr. Xie from the Business Department said, "This team-building activity made me feel the power of the team. After getting familiar with colleagues from other departments, communication will be smoother in the future." Ms. Lin from the Procurement Department also mentioned, "Putting aside busy work to participate in the activity not only helped me relax but also strengthened my sense of belonging. I will devote myself to work with a more energetic state."​



This team-building activity is a reflection of UIB's practice of the "people-oriented" corporate culture. It not only enhanced trust among employees and united team strength but also laid a solid foundation for future work. Going forward, UIB will continue to launch more cultural activities, build a better communication platform, improve team combat effectiveness, and promote the common growth of the company and its employees.​
